Tarkala Oy is a property development
company that focuses on building residential, office and business
properties and on leasing office and business premises to companies. All
our properties are situated in prime locations.Tarkala Oy is owned by Rettig Fastighetsutveckling Ab.
Our major projects include renovation of the old brewery area and construction of residential premises in the Sinebrychoff block in the Hietalahti district of Helsinki, completed in 2003, and the EiraMare project launched in the Eiranranta district of Helsinki in 2006.
The company’s leasable business and office premises are situated in the Sinebrychoff block on Helsinki’s Bulevardi and Hietalahdenranta streets.
